This Almanac about Venice History comes from years of research in the Frari Archives, in the Marciana Library and in Correr Museum.
Between old shelves, turning the pages of ancient Buste, Raspe, Commentarii, I could taste the emotion of touching manuscripts, with signatures and seals of Procuratori, Dogi, Condottieres...
I transcribed the many interesting things I have discovered part on books, others on slide-shows, others more are just laying as simple notes on my personal archives.

- 22 February 1339
- Un decreto del Maggior Consiglio ordina l'arresto di chiunque giri mascherato durante la notte.
- 22 February 1508
- Le truppe dell'Imperatore Massimiliano entrano a Cortina nell'Ampezzano, territorio veneziano da quasi cinquant'anni. Il giorno successivo gli imperiali superano il paese di Venas e successivamente raccolgono la resa del castello di Pieve.
Con il trattato di Worms, firmato il 3 maggio 1521, tutti i territori resteranno definitivamente in proprietÀ all'Impero Austriaco.

- Con grandi clamori il Senato si rifiuta di eleggere i tre Provveditori alle Pompe, cioˬ i magistrati incaricati di reprimere gli eccessi del lusso.
- 22 February 1742
- Durante i restauri che sta effettuando nella chiesa di S.TomÀ , Francesco Bognolo rinviene alcune vestigia di un antichissimo edificio.
